Rossvale Bc Website; Rossvale BC Under 16
Rossvale Boys Club are the Under 15 League Cup Champions 2013/14

Based at Huntershill Park in Bishopbriggs beside Springburn. The Under 16 team consists Rossvale Boys Club Under 15's of players from Cumbernauld, Glasgow, Bishopbriggs, Kilsyth. They have 3 SFA registered, experienced coaching staff with Juvenile, Amateur, Junior and Senior experience in playing and coaching. Rossvale offer two nights a week training and games at the weekend and we supply training kits.

Rossvale were the 2013 pre season champions of the Tullibody Tournament which normally has 6 teams in total participating.

Rossvale are 2013/2014 LEAGUE CUP CHAMPIONS having beaten Cumbernauld Colts at Broadwood Stadium, (Colts own stadium), in the final and Rossvale also reached the last 16 of the Scottish Cup which is a great achievement.

The 2013/14 Cumbernauld and Kilsyth Under 15 league is a league that produced 4 teams, including Rossvale, in the last 16 of the Scottish Cup and the eventual winners. The league also produced the 2013/14 Regional Cup Winners. The 3 domestic cups have different teams in the 3 finals. This tells you that the standard of the league which has two divisions is one of the best in Scotland. So much so that some of the big names in the west of Scotland have applied to join the 2014/15 league.

In 2012/13 Rossvale BC team reached 3 semi/finals, including the Regional Cup.
In 2011/12 Rossvale BC finished second in the league and won the Knockout Cup, (against the 2011/12 Scottish Cup semi/finalists).

The team was originally the 3rd team of all the Rossvale 99's but now this year 2013/2014 Rossvale BC are recognized as the top Rossvale team having played 'Rossvale Inter', 5 times in the same division for the past 2 years, with Rossvale Boys Club winning three games, drawn once and losing once and in 2013/14 season finished the league in 5th place and double the points total of Rossvale Inter. Rossvale BC are known as a technical team, this gives the boys an advantage of learning to adapt to different formations and an understanding of the game as a whole and their own individual skill set that will stimulate and progress their level of football. There is a great togetherness amongst the boys and it shows as they all fight for each other during games.

Over the years the Rossvale team has grown from strength to strength with scouts visiting the games and the players progressing by being signed by teams including Celtic. It's a far cry from the team that was started by two parents who took the players who were not chosen out of the other 2 squads and formed a team, it was just really to get them all a game. Now however, Rossvale BC have progressed and flourished and now are a very strong team with the aid of an experienced coaching team. Whatever level the Rossvale youth players eventually reach, the staff know that they are receiving a high standard of training and football that most young players could only desire. As the standard of the League in which Rossvale Under 15's play in, Cumbernauld and Kilsyth, is one of the top leagues in Scotland it is the perfect place for Rossvale and their players to develop.

Players Wanted
Rossvale have a very strong team capable of beating the top teams in any league but require players with strength in depth and players who are capable of taking possession of the first team spot. There are no favorites in the team, if a player merits being in the team then they are selected. Rossvale has a great management and coaching team that can bring out the very highest quality of any youth who is willing to learn. Rossvale want players who desire to reach a higher level of football and Rossvale will give them a lift to do so.

Sponsors Wanted
Rossvale Under 15's require a sponsor for the 2014/15 season and anyone/business interested then please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Rossvale Under 15's are part of the Rossvale setup which has youth teams at all ages from 4's, 5's, 6's, 7's, 8's, 9's, 10's, 11's, 12's, 13's, 14, 15's, 16's, 17's, 19's, Under 21's, Amateur team, Over 35's team and a Junior team. Rossvale also run a Girls Soccer Academy for teams from 2002 up to 2008.

Rossvale BC would also like to take this opportunity to thank 'Frankie and Benny's' Restaurant in Bishopbriggs for being their main sponsor for the pervious two successful seasons.

Training
Rossvale offer a wide range of training for their players; from technique, fitness, strength, speed of though, movement, formations, attitude and of course respect. During training they work on heading, passing, defending movement, attacking movement, holding midfield, attacking midfield, making space for players. Really everything you can think of to improve the youth of today in his football approach and ability. All players know what qualities they have and Rossvale make sure the boys know how to improve those qualities and of the qualities that they lack then they are shown what is required to bring what is lacking to the forefront for improvement.

At Rossvale during training they also have the use of the Rossvale goalkeeping coaching staff for our goalkeepers. Rossvale Under 15's do not rest lightly on the progression of all their youth players as they know that Rossvale are in one of the best and strongest divisions in Scottish Youth football for the Under 15's. (1999's)
