Situated in the Argyll & Bute Council area the Loch connects 16m/27km to the north side of the Firth of Clyde at Kilcreggan. To the North West of Loch Long lies the villages of Ardgartan (A83), Coilesan and to the East of Loch Long lies the villages of Arrochar (A83), and down along the A814 the villages of Ardmay, Glenmallan, Finnart and Portincaple. |
