Glen Mill is in Tillicoultry, Clackmannanshire, again on the A91. Park at the top of Upper Mill Street. The path rises up in a
series of steps, through woodland onto an open hillside, then descends down into the deep valley, where Daiglen Water meets Gannel
Burn with a waterfall in view. The mountain straight above you is called The Law and has a path to the summit. I met some
people who hadn't quite made it to the top, but were still quite happy to sing, "I fought the Law and the Law won".
The way back on the opposite side is easy. |
