The whole area of Glen Clova, Doll and Prosen is what can only be described as sheer bliss to the eye. Situated just south east of the Cairngorms it consists of high mountains, deep and wide valleys, placid rivers and importantly a myriad of walking paths for your enjoyment. A hidden jewel in the crown that is Scotland, it is relatively unknown to the tourist crowd. There are a few Munros and Corbetts kicking around, also the famous drover's trail, Jock's Road can be found at the northern point of Glen Clova. Here are some of my experiences. |
